Please inspect all items at time of delivery. You have 5 days
after receipt to notify our service department of any defect
with your order. All returns must have a Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number for the request to proceed. Returned
items will be refused without the RMA number shown on the
outside of package.
Custom orders can not be modified and are not returnable.
Stock items may be returned for refund or replacement within
30 days of the shipment date and a 25% restocking fee applies.
Items that are returned damaged in any way will not be accepted
as a return and will be returned to you at your cost with
a reason for the rejection. Be sure to inspect the product
prior to return to ensure it is in good condition. Goods must
be returned in original packaging and shipped prepaid to address
below.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns
must be accompanied by the packing slip.
When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the
return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible
for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order
by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on
your billing statement.

& VISA credit cards for order transactions. Sorry, we
cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
